An Eb pentatonic lullaby at 45 BPM — one of the slowest therapeutic tempos, designed for sleep-onset insomnia. The harp plays sparse, widely-spaced arpeggios with long decays between each chord. The piano pad hums almost below perception. The bass moves only once every eight beats. The point is what is absent: no pulse, no urgency, no resolution to chase. Clinical application: timed sleep protocols, where music stops after 20-30 minutes as the patient drifts.
